Just before Memorial Day, CWA Area Director Debbie Hayes sent MVHS CEO Darlene Stromstad an email letter asking to discuss out of control staffing at FSL. One week later, Mrs. Stromstad has denied our request to discuss staffing with her. She suggested we bring the issue up with the Labor-Management Committee, whose members denied any abnormal staffing ratios when we spoke with them last month, or the Joint Staffing Committee, which has not met in three months.

We now understand that we have to mobilize to be taken seriously by MVHS, and we are prepared to do so. Signing onto this petition and wearing a union sticker at work will be the first step in our mobilization. Stickers should be available later in the week.
